The Band Project is the complete band experience for young musicians aged 8 – 18. Our courses offer weekly rehearsals in fully equipped practice rooms, gigging musicians as tutors and end of term gigs in real venues! The relaxed and encouraging atmosphere helps to build self confidence, self expression, teamwork, creativity and nurture a love for playing and performing music. We work with small class sizes, a maximum of five students per band, all grouped by age and experience to be the best fit socially and musically.
We’re very excited to be launching in Norwich Saturday April 23rd with a great day of one hour taster workshops taking place at Jennifer Grace Music Academy, NR6 5DS. Its a brilliant way to experience what a Band Project session is all about, meet the tutors and see what your child could be achieving each week through music! Workshop places are £19 per person and you can book your place at HERE Sessions are running from 11am – 4pm and are open to all instruments.
Here’s just a little of what people are saying about The Band Project:
‘My two daughters absolutely love The Band Project! The sessions are loads of fun, but also really inspiring for them musically. Being in a band gives them a reason to practise and make progress on their instruments so that they can tackle more and more complex songs together. I wish that I’d had the opportunity to attend something as good as this when I was young!’ – Chichester parent, 12 year old Vocals, 10 year old Bassist
