Gemsaquastars LTD was started over 6 years ago and has grown to be able to offer swimming lessons from babies for Parent and Child classes, Pre-school into Stage lessons and even Adult groups too. We have lessons over 6 days a week at multiple locations.
Our hands on approach means our teachers are in the water so you child is supported when needed throughout their lessons. We have a high ratio of teachers/helpers during the classes and promote water confidence and a family friendly environment.

Nuffield Health’s ‘Ducklings’ Swim school are group swimming lessons, aimed at babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, where parents accompany the swimmer in the water. A range of brightly coloured badges and certificates will be awarded to your swimmer throughout their swimming journey, which involves developing your swimmer’s motor skills and confidence in the water, as well as sensory development. Plus, it is a lovely way to meet other parents, babies and toddlers.
Nuffield Health’s ‘Learn to Swim’ school are group swimming lessons, aimed at children ages 4-5 years+. Your swimmer will be taught in line with Swim England’s Learn to Swim pathway, achieving badges and certificates that develop a child’s body control in the water, water safety, the four swimming strokes, aquatic skills such as sculling, submersion, floating and rolls, to name a few.
Swim school lessons are open to members and non-members, with a one-off trial available to see if your swimmer enjoys our swim school.
