It takes a lot of preparation to organise the perfect Christmas with one man in particular having an extremely busy time in the weeks leading up to the big day. So; to give Father Christmas some extra help this year, intu Chapelfield in Norwich is recruiting lots of new elves and putting them through some essential training this November at its Elf University.
intu Chapelfield’s family club will be training up apprentice elves of all ages and equipping them with the skills to become a fully qualified cheeky little elf with a packed programme of fun festive activities.
Newly trained elves will then take part in a special graduation ceremony on 1 December, when Santa himself will fly-in on his sleigh to hand out the certificates. All the Elf University workshops will take place outside Boots on the Lower Ground Mall. Free for intu Chapelfield’s family club members, you can sign up online here.

The Snowman and the Snowdog BrickLive Tour @ Banham Zoo

The Snowman and The Snowdog fans will be able to meet their favourite characters this Christmas as Banham Zoo hosts a magical new tour, The Snowman and The Snowdog brick trail, presented and built by BRICKLIVE.
The Snowman and The Snowdog brick trail is inspired by the much-loved animated film The Snowman and The Snowdog, the sequel to Raymond Briggs’ classic picture book The Snowman, which was first published in 1978.
Based on the UK’s favourite festive characters, the tour will consist of 16 wonderful models including 4 large models for memorable photo opportunities and 12 smaller models to create an interactive festive trail made from brightly coloured toy bricks.
Banham Zoo is the first UK venue to be announced as a host for the 2019 launch of The Snowman and The Snowdog official BRICKLIVE tour.

This helps Santa’s Secretary to organise things without having to keep phoning people back (calls cost a lot from Santa-land). The trains will start running at 11.00 and finish running around 1500.
