Many of us know this feeling… the potty-training toddler is busting for a wee and you need to make it to somewhere NOW, or you’re in the middle of a fun day out in the city and the baby’s explosive milk poo is seeping out of the sides….
Where can you go in the city with toilet facilities big enough to fit in a buggy with child-friendly toilets and baby changing facilities?
Thanks to our fab Mumbler chat group experts and a bit of digging online, I’ve come up with a list of toilet options if you happen to be in the city and need some help!
Mumbler group recommendations:
Breastfeeding friendly and accessible toilets in city cafes:
Now while in my humble opinion, all catering businesses should be breastfeeding friendly, Norwich city council has a list of those with a breastfeeding merit badge, so you know they are happy to accommodate breastfeeding mummies. Below is the Norwich Mumbler list of breastfeeding friendly caterers in the city – please don’t let this put you off going to other venues, it’s just a helpful thing to know!
Norwich parks with baby changing facilities ( 3 out of 11!)
No baby changing facilities: Jenny Lind Park, Sloughbottom Park, Eaton park (pitch and putt), Heigham Park, Lakenham Rec, Mousehold pitch and putt.
