The Festival of Wellness, -Mind, Body, Spirit & Art & Craft Event is a chance to try one of the many therapies or readings that will be on offer and also enjoy some sound therapy. There will be informative demonstrations and talks and a variety of gifts and arts & crafts to browse and buy.
