One of the regions’ best loved attraction, winning this year’s NSTA Best Large Attraction in Norfolk and Suffolk, has a host of new exciting activities this Easter. The 85-acre parkland at Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure magically transforms into Dippy’s Wonderland!
Among the snowdrops and daffodils, you’ll be able to see scenes from Dippy in Wonderland, including Alice’s giant book, the Mad Hatter’s tea party, the Queen of Hearts croquet and the beautiful Easter Tree, decorated with over 350 eggs, on the Neanderthal Walk.
‘Egg-stra’ special Easter activities are planned for the whole Easter school holiday break including Dippy’s Easter Trail – where you can search for hidden eggs in the Dinosaur Trail for a fantastic prize, a “beat the clock” Easter Egg game and Dippy and friends live shows (during the weekends, see website for details).
For Dinosaur adventurers, you’ll still get the up-close encounters with the 8-meter Spinosaurus, the mighty T-Rex, Brachiosaurus, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, and many more along the trail. There is also an opportunity to try your hand at fossil finding in the “Xtinction” fossil hunt.
Follow the playing cards to the Secret Animal Garden, that has our very own real Easter bunny as well as special animal encounters for the and hands on learning.
The new Steam Punk style 200 seat restaurant will be open for a special meal, or enjoy a bite to eat in Dinomite Café, Dippy’s Café or Nautilus Fish & Chips for a tasty picnic, adjacent to the Secret Animal Garden.
