BugzUK is a unique attraction in Norfolk, being the largest all invertebrate zoo in the UK. See over two hundred incredible tropical insects from all over the world including millipedes, stick insects, scorpions, crabs, spiders and tarantulas and so many more. You can even book an hourly handling session where you will handle several large insects and other invertebrates which all the kids and adults always enjoy.
During holidays and weekends when we are at our busiest, it is advisable to pre book your ticket and the handling sessions at www.bugzUK.com to avoid disappointment.
With plenty of informative wall boards and loads of large creepy crawlies to see all in their own glass tanks, there is something for the whole family to enjoy.
You can even buy your new pet when you visit, with all the accessories you need to keep it.
We also have a children’s play area and swings
Set in a woodland setting, we have a large butterfly themed affordable cafe and a fabulous gift shop on site with free parking. Dogs are welcome on the patio outside the cafe but cannot come into the parc.
The 2023 Fairy Fair is on the 28th and 29th May and takes place at Bradmoor Woods in Norfolk. It is a magical celebration of nature in spring and designed for families with young children by the conservation charity, the Fairyland Trust. We use theatre and folklore to make learning about nature enjoyable. Admission is by ticket only.
The whole event is designed for families with young children and combines nature, arts, crafts, theatre and magical folklore. Many of the attractions and activities are free, and where there is a small charge this is specified on our web pages.
