It’s a brand-new year at BeWILDerwood and the air is full of wishes!

Come to the fire side with a pinecone you have found in the park, write a wish for someone you love, and send it into the flames through our wonderful whirly-gig! The Twiggles will listen to your wishes* from their treehouses as the smoke swirls by… and might just make it come true!

Don’t worry about the brisk February air! You soon warm up scrambling through the Sky Maze and racing across the Broken Bridge, giggling those winter cobwebs away. You can even hop, skip and jump over to the Munch Bar for oodles of yummy hot treats… (Swampy loves scrummy hot chocolates the best!)

Every day of half term we have a range of inclooosive activities! Make your very own Wish Whirler in the Big Hat and visit our Face Painting Pavilion to get twiggled up ready for storytelling. Meet the characters of BeWILDerwood on the storytelling stage, and bring your Wish Whirler to learn how you can help Hazel the Wood Witch cast her soopa spells in our interactive shows!

The best way to explore the woods is trying to find our Twiggletastic trail! The inhabitants of BeWILDerwood have made one big wish to share with all their friends! Can you find the characters hiding with their pinecones around the park? Use the letter on their pinecones to discover BeWILDerwood’s big wish and you will win a soopa prize!

And… be some of the first WILD explorers to try out the brand new Towering Treetop Tangles! Can you scramble through the tangles and explore he canopy? This is one for the bravest of Boggles!

Hip-hip hooray BeWILDerwood is open for 2019!

Fire your imagination with us as we introduce a brand new event at the park!

During February Half Term, we will be hosting ‘Fantasy February’ at Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure, between 18th and 24th.

A truly ROARR-some offer, dress your child as their favourite fantasy character (fairies, ogres, trolls and unicorns to give you a few ideas) and gain 50% off their gate admission price.

Our exciting Fantasy February offer is not permitted in conjunction with any other offer or our online admission prices.

Each day, we will be working in partnership with the Fairyland Trust, a charity which introduced children to nature. Four workshops (which cost £1 per child to take part) will take place every 15 minutes between 10.30am and 12.30pm and then 1.30pm and 3.30pm.

The workshops will allow you to make a butterfly and also bat/owls from natural materials with the Fairyland’s Fairies.

So come and join us for the adventure of a lifetime and let your imagination run wild.

Little Bo Beep Pantomime

Come and see this well-know nursery rhyme retold in Paul Reake’s hilarious pantomime. Little Bo Peep has all the traditional features of a panto as well as a travelling show, dancers and a magician!

Little Bo Peep looks after the sheep on Fanny Fairacre’s farm. The evil Lady Sneering is jealous of Bo’s relationship with Fanny’s son Freddie and wants him all to herself. She instructs the mighty Mefisto – from Cindy Sparkle’s travelling show – to make the shepherdess disappear. Soon they all find themselves banished to the nightmarish ‘Place of the Disappeared’, with no apparent hope of return!
