Health & Safety Officer
South of Norwich
Permanent. Applications will be considered on a full time (37.5-40 hours) or part time (32 hours) basis. Job shares will also be considered.

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Health & Safety Team at Redwings.
We are seeking a qualified health & safety professional (minimum NEBOSH General or equivalent NVQ) with a keen interest in building relationships and engaging with individuals to promote a positive health & safety culture.
The successful candidate will be involved in training delivery and site audit and inspections, as well as assisting with the development and implementation of health & safety policies, procedures, and safe working practices in a varied and demanding environment.
A demonstrable background in health and safety, and an understanding of health & safety legislation and standards is crucial, with an interest in employee wellbeing initiatives preferable.
The successful candidate will be able to analyse and report on health & safety trends from across the workplace and use their experience to suggest remedial action.
A full clean manual driving licence is essential.
Salary £25,000 FTE (40 hours)
