The Sprowston Manor Hotel and Country Club boasts excellent conferencing facilities. Our 12 conference rooms can accommodate up to 500 delegates that cater from a range of events from Business Meetings to Wedding Receptions. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Part Time Receptionist on to the team.
As Receptionist, you will be required to;
Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively.
Maximise room sales and to promote food and beverage facilities.
Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
Carry out cash handling, balancing floats.
Answer telephone enquiries and take messages.
The successful candidate will have previous reception and cash handling experience in hotel. You will be organised, punctual, flexible and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
