Green Dragon Runners – Family Fitness Fun

Join us every Saturday starting on 27th Jan 11am-12pm. £2 per person.

Family Fitness Fun is an hour of fun games with the kids. You’ll be working together, playing together and getting fit together. Join in the excitement of a relay race, get out of breath playing tag, work as a team to get over obstacles or pull the kids into the mud in a tug of war 😉

We’ll focus on on fun but the sessions will also develop balance, coordination, flexibility, speed, endurance and overall health. You can play as hard or as easy as you like and the sessions are suitable for all ages – bring the whole family and prepare to get muddy!

The Pilates Studio

The studio is equipped with Gratz equipment including Reformers, Wunda chair, Cadillac, towers and barrels. The equipment uses springs as resistance which gives support as well as challenge the body.

The space also allows for us to teach our ever popular group Mat and Ballet Barre classes.
