Postpartum Powerhouse 10.15am
You can wear your sling for some of the workout but some will be on the floor working your core and balance. Soft play and toys available. Ideal for moms 6 weeks oist vaginal delivery (bar exceptions) and 10 weeks post c-section.

All fitness levels welcome
First session is a free taster. After the classes there is a chance to connect with other mums with biscuits and squash.
