Town Close School is an independent Preparatory School for girls and boys aged 3 – 13 years, set in the heart of the city of Norwich. Drawing pupils from all over Norfolk and into Suffolk, we offer children an exceptional start to their educational journey. They experience academic rigour, intellectual enquiry and an amazing array of co-curricular experiences, equipping them with many of the foundations they will need in later life. Crucially, they are also given the space, the time and the freedom to play.
Our Open Mornings offer a fantastic opportunity for visiting parents and children to gain a first-hand experience of the School. Guided by our Year 8 children, visitors will have the chance to explore the idyllic wooded site, the specialist facilities and the fantastic indoor and outdoor teaching spaces all set within our fifteen-acre site. Our staff will be available throughout the morning to answer any questions, as well as to impart information on our bursaries and the early years funding for children aged between 3 and 5.
